You can find the app in the App Store or in the Google Play Store under the name “Play That Card.”
How do I install the app?
Go to the App Store or the Google Play Store or go to the website on your tablet and tap “download”. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

Why hasn’t my download started?
The app can only be installed if your tablet meets the requirements. Only iPads with iOS 7 or higher and Android 4.0 or higher (7 inches or larger) can be used. If your tablet has all the right requirements and it still doesn’t start downloading, we advise you to check the space available on your tablet. In most cases, you will just need to free up sufficient capacity in order to start downloading.
My email address already exists.
There is a chance that you have already registered with this email address. Try to find your login details or request them.
I get "E19681 - Facebook profile incomplete".
Please allow access to your basic information, e-mail address and friend list. If you've already allowed Play That Card without any of these permissions, remove Play That Card from your Facebook apps. Afterwards, log in to our app using Facebook. Grant us all asked permissions.

How do I get my daily bonus?
The first time you start playing on your app, you will automatically receive a number of coins. These are only given out once a day. It doesn’t matter if you play every day or not.
How can I buy coins?
This option will soon be available online.
How do I receive coins by inviting friends?
Invite your friends via Facebook and get free coins for each friend you invite.

How do I invite my friends?
Go to the “Online” tab and check if your friends are already online. You will see the option “Invite your friends via Facebook”. You can also do this via the website, in which case you tap “Invite your friends”.
Update your data
If you want to change your user name, password or other information, go to your profile (upper left corner) in the app. This is where you can update all of your information. If this process fails, please contact us email@example.com.
• Do I always need to have an internet connection?
No, you can also play Play That Card offline. You can play offline even if you are not logged in; just go to the login page and choose “Continue and play offline”. You can also play offline when logged in. However, nothing will be recorded, which means that you will not be able to improve your rankings or play against friends. Go to your favourite game on the app and tap the practice button. You can now play offline.
Can I play on my mobile phone?
No, Play That Card only works on tablets.
